Minnesota Vintage Fritz REU Sterling Silver Enamel Charm on New 18 Inch Gold Filled Necklace

Vintage Fritz REU Sterling Silver enamel charm features Minnesota, on a new 18 inch Gold Filled necklace with a Gold Filled lobster clasp to prevent tarnishing. The Fritz REU charm is a special find of Sterling Silver travel charms. The hand painted enamel charms were made in the 1930s-1960s in Germany which were rhodium plated over the sterling silver enamel to prevent tarnishing. Date of this specific vintage charm unknown. 

Charm measures approximately 5/8 inch high and 3/8 inch wide. Marked on the back as real 925 Sterling Silver. Necklace created in my Florida home studio with all new materials, not vintage. Gold filled necklace cable chain necklace is 1mm thick, 2mm wide, non-tarnishing gold filled chain and lobster clasp, findings. Jump ring at ends of necklace will keep charm from sliding off.
