Philadelphia, Pennsylvania full size vintage felt pennant measures approximately 26 inches long by 8.25 inches tall and features the Betsy Ross House on a dark blue/purple shade background. Tassels measure 4.75 inches long in addition to pennant. This one is old, and the felt is stiff from being cleaned and a ripple to the surface as it lays flat, no holes.
