Washington, DC vintage pennant is an old one featuring DC monuments on a red background. Pennant is full size and measures approximately 26 inches long by 8.5 inches tall. Tassels measure 3.5 inches long in addition to pennant. Pictures show the age of this great piece of vintage DC. Thin felt is fairly stiff, but has no holes.
